Clifford Chance advises underwriters in US$100 million senior notes offering

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters in Redwood Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: RWT) US$100 million offering of 9.500% Senior Notes due 2030.

Partners Andrew Epstein and Om Pandya led the transaction along with associate Paul Lakkis. They were supported by associates Jed Tifft and Sarah Basilion on capital markets matters and partner Michael Seaton and associates Allison Kelly and Maggie Shi on tax matters.
