International law firm Clifford Chance advised TotalEnergies, one of the world’s largest multi-energy companies, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Polska Grupa Biogazowa (PGB), which owns nearly 20 biogas plants and 6 photovoltaic farms in Poland, as well as a pipeline of greenfield biogas and PV projects.
With over 130 experienced staff, PBG is a leading developer and operator of biogas installations in Poland, as well as one of the largest producers of electricity from agricultural biogas in Poland.
