Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander, S.A., CaixaBank, S.A., JP Morgan SE and Société Générale on the capital increase of Sacyr, S.A., with exclusion of pre-emptive rights, involving ca. 67 million shares for a total aggregate amount of ca. EUR 222 million. The issued shares represented approximately 9.6% of the company’s share capital before the capital increase.
The multijurisdictional Clifford Chance team was led by English Global Financial Markets Partner Antonio Henriquez, with the support of Senior Associate Francisco Pizarro and Associate Mariana Ceballos as to matters of Spanish law.
