Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the Finance Parties regarding a EUR 1 billion loan made available to Türkiye İhracat Kredi Bankası A.Ş. (Türk Eximbank) aimed at funding green infrastructure projects. The arrangement, with a maturity of 10 years, is under the guarantee of the World Bank made available through IBRD, and benefit from a counter-guarantee of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye.

This strategic financial package, backed by a consortium of banks, will be used to support Turkish exporters with their green infrastructure investments, contributing to a more sustainable future.
