Clifford Chance has advised Room Mate (owned by TPG Angelo Gordon and Westmont Hospitality) in the acquisition of the “Staying Valencia” group, which has a portfolio of 10 hospitality establishments in Valencia.
Following this transaction, Room Mate will operate 32 properties in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and Turkey.

This transaction, along with others closed in recent months, demonstrates Clifford Chanceās continued involvement in some of the most complex and relevant real estate/corporate projects on the European market, with the hospitality sector as one of its main areas of expertise.
