Clifford Chance advises Raben Group on its first sustainability-linked loan

Clifford Chance has advised logistics operator Raben Group on the closing of a EUR 225 million five-year inaugural sustainability-linked loan, with a group of 7 banks. This is one of the first club deal sustainability-linked loans in the logistics industry in Europe.

The margin on the sustainability-linked loan is tied to the company achieving a comprehensive set of five key performance indicators covering Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues for the road transportation and logistics sector. For more information, click here.
