The Prague office of Clifford Chance advised PPF banka a.s. on the financing of Zámecké zahrady III., s.r.o. and the development of 33 residential homes. The properties are situated in a serene location, part of the newly emerging area of Zámecké zahrady neighborhood in Vysoký Újezd, near Prague. The residential project is developed by Crestyl, a prominent player on the real estate market.
