Clifford Chance advises Parcom on sale of its stake in HEMA to the van Eerd family

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Dutch investment company Parcom on the sale of its 50% shareholding in HEMA to Mississippi Ventures, the investment vehicle of the van Eerd family and owner of Jumbo. Parcom has held this participation for approximately five years together with the van Eerd family, who will now obtain full ownership of HEMA.

In 2020, Clifford Chance has also advised Parcom on the conditional agreement with HEMA bondholders on the acquisition of HEMA.
