Clifford Chance advises Orange Capital Partners on the sale of real estate portfolio in The Hague

Clifford Chance has advised its long-standing client Orange Capital Partners (OCP), via its investment vehicle Vivada Investments, on the sale of a real estate portfolio in The Hague comprised of approximately 400 residential units. The portfolio was acquired by Rubens Capital Partners on behalf of one of the funds of DWS through an asset deal.

The Clifford Chance team consisted of Liesbeth Buiter, Joris Dortmans (Real estate), Jasper Dijkshoorn (Finance), Charlotte Horsten (Notary), Stern Flik and Alec Sanderson (Tax).
