Clifford Chance advises on GigaDevice Semiconductor’s IPO and Listing in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the joint sponsors CICC and Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited and underwriters on the initial public offering and listing of GigaDevice Semiconductor’s H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately US$600 million.
