Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the lenders on Bank Pekao S.A.’s accession to the financing consortium and an increase in financing to PLN 830 million for companies operating wind farms in Banie (with a total installed capacity of approx. 106 MW) and Iława (with a total installed capacity of approx. 13.2 MW), belonging to the Energix group. The financing consortium also includes PKO Bank Polski S.A.
The transaction was handled by an international team of Clifford Chance lawyers from offices in Luxembourg and Warsaw.
