Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised a consortium of lenders (Santander Bank Polska S.A. and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) on a new PLN 300 million financing granted by Santander Bank Polska S.A. to Benefit Systems S.A. Benefit Systems S.A. provides comprehensive well-being solutions, including through the MultiSport programme.
Clifford Chance’s international team advising the consortium of lenders was led by Wojciech WÄ…tor (Senior Associate) under the supervision of Andrzej Stosio (Partner). The team included Oskar Ratajczak (Associate) from the Warsaw office, as well as Milos Felgr (Partner) and Theresa Rehorova (Senior Associate), who provided advice on the aspects of the transaction related to the Czech law.
