In June 2024, a transaction was finalised, in which global law firm Clifford Chance advised the lenders in connection with the financing of acquisition by Agora S.A., a Polish company operating in the media sector, of a 49% stake in Eurozet sp. z o.o. from SFS Venutres s.r.o., the refinancing of the existing indebtedness of the Agora S.A. group companies and the financing of general corporate purposes, including the day-to-day operations of the Agora S.A. group companies.
