This milestone highlights Ki’s growth trajectory and positions it to further innovate and expand within the insurance sector.

Clifford Chance assisted on all aspects of the transaction including advising on corporate structuring, separation, regulatory requirements, transitional arrangements and intellectual property and employment matters.
