Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading investor and developer, in connection with the increasing of the financing from Millennium Bank for the project in Zgierz to €29 million. This financing will allow the construction of the second phase of Park Hillwood Zgierz I. The project includes the construction of a modern A-class warehouse building with an area of over 58,000 me. The park is located in Custral Poland just 2.5 km from the entrance to the A2 motorway entrance and 15.5 km from the AT motorway junction. A number of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions have been applied in the project, including a photovoltaic installation, linear LED lighting and modern metering systems (smart metering). The building will also be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level. Macie Bochenski (Counsel) was responsible for the real estate finance aspects of the transaction.
