Clifford Chance has advised Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as initial purchaser and US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) as guarantor on the issuance of €300 million senior unsecured notes due 2035 by ENERGO-PRO, a hydro power operator, distributor and supplier of electricity in Central and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region.
