Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised private equity fund manager Five V Capital on its acquisition of Australia’s leading infrastructure and property consulting business, APP Corporation, from Ventia.
Corporate partner Andrew Crook and counsel Jacob Kahwaji led a cross practice team for the transaction. They were supported by senior associates Ivo Basoski and Marcus Berghouse, and associates Alice Bradshaw, Dale Straughen and Clinton Bonomelli.
The acquisition financing for the transaction was led by partner Mark Gillgren, with support from senior associate Sherry Khalili and associate Madeleine Burrill.
