Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Edison Next S.p.A., the energy and environmental services arm of the Edison Group, on the disposal of its entire stake in Edison Next Poland sp. z o.o. and its subsidiary, Edison Next Poland Services sp. z o.o., to Dalkia Polska S.A.
