Clifford Chance advises EBRD on EUR 100 million financing for Vantage Development

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a EUR 100 million loan granted to Polish subsidiaries of Vantage Development, a developer and operator of residential apartments, owned by TAG Immobilien. The proceeds will be used to finance the development of high-quality, energy-efficient residential housing in Poland.

The Warsaw part of the international Clifford Chance team working on the transaction was led by Anna Miernik (Senior Associate), supervised by Andrzej Stosio (Partner).
