New York, London: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised independent global asset management firm Capital Dynamics on the structuring and formation of its global secondaries fund, Capital Dynamics Global Secondaries V (GSEC V).
GSEC V held its final closing with commitments in excess of US$750 million. GSEC V invests in a diversified portfolio of global secondary interests in mid-market private equity funds, with a focus on smaller, off-market opportunities in the Limited Partners portfolio and General Partner-led markets. Capital Dynamics is a longstanding client of Clifford Chance and GSEC V is one in the series of funds, accounts and transactions that the firm has advised on.
