Clifford Chance has advised Ardian on a c. EUR 230 million refinancing of a wind portfolio located in Spain.
The refinancing included repayment of the initial 2019 financing and restructuring of the guarantee line and hedging agreements.
The Clifford Chance team advising on this transaction was led by Global Financial Markets Partner Eugenio Fernández-Rico, who counted with the support of associates Álvaro Cabaleiro, Alejandro Cubillo and Sofía Riaño. Senior Associate Ángel Muñoz also advised on hedging aspects.
