Clifford Chance advised on the issue of bonds with a value of €630 million by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
The international law firm Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in connection with the issue of capital bonds with a value of €630 million.
The bonds were fully subscribed for by BNP Paribas S.A. with its registered office in Paris.
The bonds will be classified as Tier II instruments in the Bank’s own funds, subject to obtaining of the prior approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Earlier this year we also advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on the June 2025 issue of Tier II bonds with the total nominal value of €160 million.
