International law firm Clifford Chance advised European Investment Bank on the intercreditor agreement entered into in connection with a PLN 1 billion subordinated loan granted to Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz System Spółka Akcyjna by state fund PFR (PFR Fundusz Inwestycyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych) and on the amendment agreements to four finance contracts made between European Investment Bank and Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System Spółka Akcyjna.
