Dentons announces today that Christopher Tillson is the latest partner to join its Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice in Miami. Tillson assists clients with commercial and transactional work at the intersection of technology, innovation and energy on a global scale.
Tillson has advised companies at all stages of growth, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 companies with global operations. His experience extends across a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy, technology, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, biotech, cryptocurrency, aerospace and more.
With extensive international experience negotiating and documenting hundreds of transactions in more than fifty countries across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Tillson is well-versed in international and domestic commercial transactions. He provides guidance to companies throughout all stages of the global supply chain, advising on the documentation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for products and services.
