The Department of Law, University of North Bengal invites submission of full papers in the form of Research papers/Articles/Notes and case comments from the participants to be published in our Peer Reviewed /Referred Journal titled ‘Indian Journal of Law and Justice’ for the forthcoming issue.
Research paper/Articles/Notes and case comments should be typed in double space on one side of A-4 size paper and to be sent in CD or as an attachment with e-mail at:nbulawdepartment@gmail.com.
Submission may be made in Microsoft Word Format and the word limit should be in between 3500-5000 words, font size of the letter may be 12 in Times New Roman, single spacing. Foot note style preferably Blue Book 18th or 19th Edition or any other standard style.
The Department of Law, University of North Bengal shall be the sole copyright owner of all the published materials. Apart from fair dealing for the purposes of research, private study or criticism, no part of this issue of Journal may be copied, adapted, abridged, translated, stored in any retrieval system, computer system, photographic or other system or reproduced in any form by any means whether electronic, mechanical, digital, optical, photographic, or otherwise without prior written permissions from the publisher/editors.
The editors, publishers, and printers do not own any responsibility for the views expressed by the contributors and for the errors, if any, in the information contained in the Journal.
