Call for Papers: Amity Juris Perspective Students’ Journal[Volume 1 -Issue 1] , Amity Law School, Gurgaon

About:

Initiatives which intends to create a platform for students, academicians, researchers and lawyers to present their viewpoint in the area of law. It is a bi-annual peer-reviewed journal which recognizes endeavors through a series of ideas and creative thoughts for the growth and development of a particular legal issue.

Theme for submission:

Amity Juris Perspective provides complete discretion to the writer(s) over the choice of the topic. But, preference will be given to submissions on current issue of law.

Submission Guidelines:

Number of authors: Maximum of 2 for Research papers and Maximum of 1 for other articles.

Cover Page Contents: Title of the submission, A subtitle and a brief profile of the author(s). Also, a list of 5 keywords should be mentioned, explaining the aim and objective of the submission.

Submission Format:

The manuscript should be in MS-Word format.

Font of the Main body: Times New Roman, Size 12, Spacing 1.5

Font of the Footnotes: Times New Roman, Sixe 10, Spacing 1

Word Limits:

Research Paper: 2500-3000 words

Essay: 2000 words

Case Comments: 1500-2000 words

Legislative Comments: Maximum of 1500 words( A Legislative comment should be a critical analysis of any recent Central or State Legislation, amendments and proposed bills post 2016, its effect on the society and suggestions for rectifications)

Book Reviews: 1000-1500 words

Law Notes: Maximum of 600 words (It should be in a form of an effective opinion and a solution for a particular socio/political/economic/environ-legal problem prevailing in the society)

The above-mentioned word limits does not include footnotes.

Style of citation: Bluebook (19th Edition)

Deadline:

Abstract: 28th February 2017

Entire paper: 28th February 2017
