Baker McKenzie has advised Readly International AB, Europe’s leading Swedish group in all-you-can-read digital kiosks, on the sale of its entire holding in Toutabo/ePresse to the French group Cafeyn.
Readly offers a digital subscription service with unlimited access to 7,700 national and international titles. It has subscribers in 50 countries and works with around 1,200 publishers worldwide. Readly is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Cafeyn is an online press aggregation platform with over 2.5 million users in France and abroad.
