Baker McKenzie Advises PLAZZA AG on CHF 100 million Bond Placement

Baker McKenzie advised PLAZZA AG (“PLAZZA”) on its successful placement of a fixed-rate bond of CHF 100 million, with a coupon of 1.25%, a maturity of 5.2 years and due on 31 March 2031. The proceeds are intended to be used to refinance bank loans and to finance development and renovation projects.

UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank coordinated the placement as Joint-Lead Managers. An application for listing of the bond on SIX Swiss Exchange will be submitted, and the issuance is expected to be settled on 30 January 2026.
