The Statuto Group, owner of some of the most prestigious luxury hotels in Italy and Europe, has acquired the Caesar Augustus hotel in Capri from the Signorini family. The Caesar Augustus hotel is a five-star hotel in Anacapri with 56 rooms and suites.

Baker McKenzie advised the Statuto Group with a team led by Partner Pietro Bernasconi and comprising Counsel Cinzia Massara, Senior Associate Carola Cambiaghi and Trainees Anna Masut and Emanuele Della Santa for the corporate aspects. Partner Ludovico Rusconi took care of the financing aspects of the transaction, while Counsel Davide Chiesa and Senior Associate Marzio Bucciol handled the tax aspects.
