Atlas Tapes, a Greek company active in the production of packaging, paper and adhesive tapes, has acquired 100% of the PPM Industries group, a leading manufacturer in the market of adhesive tapes for masking, specialty and ducts with offices in Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and India, from AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, a German-Italian private equity fund, and the CEO of the PPM Industries group, Matteo Pellegrini.
Baker McKenzie assisted Atlas Tapes with a team composed of Partner Paolo Ghiglione, Senior Associate Ilaria Bosso and Trainees Alessandro Gianferrara, Anna Masut and Diego Venuti for the M&A aspects of the operation, and Partner Carlo de Vito Piscicelli, Associate Francesco Ciociola and Trainee Alice Mariani for the finance aspects.
