Baker McKenzie advised Burberry, a British luxury brand, headquartered in London and listed on the London Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of a business from longstanding Italian supplier, Pattern S.p.A., one of the leading players in the engineering, development, prototyping and production of clothing lines for the world’s most prestigious high-end brands in the catwalk segment and in men’s and women’s first-level lines. Burberry will acquire the Turin plant’s business unit dedicated to the engineering and production of Burberry products
