Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Michael practiced for more than eight years in the Private Equity/M&A team of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Paris. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (Master of Laws), Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Banking and Financial law) and Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut (Master in Private Law). Michael is fluent in English, French and Arabic and is admitted to practice in New York, Paris and Beirut.
