Allen & Overy advises on the first securitisation of trade receivables by Duferco Energia
Allen & Overy has advised Duferco Energia, a leading company operating in the trade of electricity and gas on the free market, in a securitisation transaction of receivables deriving from its business activity.
The operation was structured by UniCredit as Arranger and financed through the UniCredit Group’s trade credit financing platform.
This is the inaugural securitisation of Duferco Energia.
The Allen & Overy team was led by partner Pietro Bellone, with the support of senior associate Martina Gullino.
