Allen & Overy advises the joint sponsors, CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and ABCI Capital Limited, and the underwriters on the listing of LC Logistics, Inc. (LC Logistics) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
LC Logistics is an integrated cross-border seaborne logistics service provider in China. Its services cover all major aspects of the cross-border logistics process and it has a global logistics network covering key destinations in North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, East Asia and Southeast Asia.
Hong Kong partner Jonathan Hsui commented: “We are delighted to have assisted our clients in LC Logistics’ listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, being one of the first ‘red-chip’ listings under the new CSRC filing regime.
