Terna S.p.A. completed the placement of a senior unsecured bond for a total nominal amount of EUR750 million and with a six-year maturity (21 April 2029). In the transaction Allen & Overy assisted a syndicate of financial institutions acting as joint bookrunners – formed, among others, by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, CaixaBank, HSBC, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca and SMBC.
The notes will pay a coupon of 3.625% and have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The bond has been documented under Terna S.p.A.’s EUR9 billion Euro Medium Term Notes programme.
