Hon’ble Allahabad High Court while dealing with the petition here on 15-02-2019 in the case of “Smt. Sushma Alias Suman And 4 Others v. Seeta Ram And 2 Others” stated that if no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, it must be disposed.
