Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Public Law and Regulatory practice with the recruitment of Jacopo Brambilla Sica as a partner. He joins the Milan office along with a team consisting of three lawyers: Valentina Romeo, Giuseppe Gagliardo and Luciano Niedda.
Jacopo Brambilla Sica joins from Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners law firm, where he developed extensive experience in administrative law, in particular in relation to complex planning negotiations, construction, and environmental law. He regularly advises institutional investors, developers, funds, asset managers, and real estate companies on town planning and authorization procedures, as well as on urban and environmental verification and framing activities.
“The arrival of Jacopo and his team will strengthen Public Law and Regulatory services in the area of real estate and environmental law, complementing our existing offering in public contracts and PPP projects,” said Federico Sutti, Chairman of the Europe Board and Italy Managing Partner of Dentons.
“I am very happy about this opportunity for my team and I to join a young firm that has established itself quickly as a top quality law firm on the Italian market,” commented Jacopo Brambilla Sica.
With these new hires, Dentons’ Public Law and Regulatory team in Italy now counts eight professionals, including two partners.
