Mayer Brown advises Interconexiones del Norte on financing of Nueva Lagunas – Kimal project in Chile

Mayer Brown represented Interconexiones del Norte S.A., a subsidiary of ISA Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P., in the financing of the Nueva Lagunas–Kimal project in Chile, which consists of the construction, development, and operation of a 190 km, 2×500 kV greenfield transmission line in northern Chile. The project financing was structured as green financing and included a term loan facility and two letters of credit facilities.
