HSF Kramer advises DAL on joint financing with BayernLB for overhead contact line vehicles for Plasser Robel Services to be used by DB InfraGO

Leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing (DAL) as co-arranger and structurer alongside BayernLB on the financing of 13 CatenaryCrafter 15.4 E³ overhead contact line maintenance vehicles for Plasser Robel Services GmbH. 

The platform-based hybrid vehicles from Austrian manufacturer Plasser & Theurer are designed for overhead line maintenance and will complement the existing machine pool at DB InfraGO AG to which the vehicles will be made available.

Financing is provided by BayernLB under an individual hire-purchase model. It covers a four-year construction period followed by two years of final financing. The financing meets the requirements of BayernLB’s Sustainable Financing Framework.
