Hogan Lovells advises ISEM on a €165 million term and revolving credit facility

The transaction was carried out in connection with the broader acquisition by Two Point Zero, formerly Multiply Group – an Abu Dhabi–based holding company with a global footprint in the management and development of strategic investments – and Peninsula Capital of a majority stake in ISEM, which was completed this Friday.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Iacopo Canino and included trainees Giovanni D’Apollo and Margherita Battaglia.
