
The transaction was carried out in connection with the broader acquisition by Two Point Zero, formerly Multiply Group – an Abu Dhabi–based holding company with a global footprint in the management and development of strategic investments – and Peninsula Capital of a majority stake in ISEM, which was completed this Friday.
