Hogan Lovells advises SquareX on its acquisition by Zscaler

This acquisition marks a significant strategic step in Zscaler’s expansion of its Zero Trust browser security and user protection capabilities. The Hogan Lovells team was led by Singapore-based Private Equity partner Timothy Goh, with support from counsel Nicholas Wee and senior associate Therese Ang. The Singapore team has advised SquareX since its Seed and Series A funding rounds in 2023 and 2025 respectively.
