This transaction reinforces Hutchinson’s position as a strategic partner in the aerospace sector.
The integration of Cox & Company and its subsidiary Prime Technology expands the Group’s portfolio of high‑performance solutions, including low-power EMEDS and TMEDS de-icing systems, which meet the growing requirements for reliability, safety, and energy efficiency from aircraft manufacturers.
