
Latham & Watkins has advised MARV, the company of filmmaker Sir Matthew Vaughn, on an additional equity investment into Best Intentions Analytics Limited (BIA), the holding company of Brentford Football Club and Mérida AD.
Latham advised MARV on its initial investment in Best Intentions Analytics in July 2025, when it first became a minority shareholder.
