Latham Advises Shorooq Partners on First Asset-Backed Financing for Flooss in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Latham & Watkins has advised Shorooq Partners (Shorooq), a leading alternative investment manager in the MENA region, on the first US$22 million asset-backed financing for Flooss, an instant Sharia-compliant financing provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Latham team was led by London partner Tom Cochran and Dubai partner Eyad Latif, with associate Mustafa Darwich, London associates Saachi Bains and Tracy Dariane, and New York associate Henry Kim.
