Sidley Represents State of Kansas in NFL Chiefs Relocation and Development of New Stadium, Team Headquarters, and Practice Facility

Sidley Austin LLP is representing the State of Kansas in the development of a sports-anchored, mixed-use development project, anchored by the relocation of the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs from Kansas City, Missouri to Kansas City and Olathe, Kansas. The project will include a new stadium, team headquarters, practice facility, retail, restaurants, hotels, residential buildings, entertainment venues, office space, and medical facilities, designed to be activated on a year-round basis.
