Clifford Chance advised Pepco Group on PLN 600 million bonds issued by PEU (FIN) plc

Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Pepco Group on the issuance of bonds by Pepco Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PEU (FIN) plc. The bonds were issued under PEU (FIN) plc’s PLN 2 billion bond issuance programme.
