Clifford Chance advises Telekom Austria AG on refinancing of €1 billion revolving facility agreement

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Telekom Austria AG on a new revolving credit line with a volume of €1 billion. This replaces an undrawn revolving facility worth €1 billion dating back to July 2019.

The credit line was provided by a syndicate of 14 international banks. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Niederlassung Deutschland, Citibank, N.A., London Branch and Erste Group Bank AG acted as bookrunners. Erste Group Bank AG was also appointed as agent.

The new line has a tenor of five years with two one-year extension options.
