London, 1 December 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor, as lead investor in a $835 million single-asset continuation vehicle, involving the sale of Trading Technologies, a global capital markets technology platform backed by independent sponsor 7Ridge.
