Clifford Chance advises Smile Invest on financing of majority stake acquisition in RB+ Fire Solutions

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Smile Invest on the financing of a majority stake acquisition in RB+ Fire Solutions, alongside management and founder Robert Bijlsma, to support the next phase of growth.
