Axillon Aerospace (Axillon), a portfolio company of SK Capital, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Fuel Containment business to HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
